Billing Executive

We are looking to hire an accounts professional with specialized experience in billing.

Role: MIS Executive (Billing)

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Qualification: Graduate in related field

Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MIS reports for pending sales, pending purchases, and pending

payments to provide clear and actionable insights to management.

• Utilize data analysis to identify bottlenecks in the sales and purchase processes, leading to

improved efficiency.

• Regularly monitor and update MIS reports to ensure data accuracy and support decision making processes.
• Utilize enterprise technologies such as Tally, to generate and analyze MIS reports.
• Reconcile discrepancies between customer invoices and company records, ensuring

accuracy and preventing financial losses.

• Manage inventory and oversee operations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing,

reducing overdue payments.
