Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ERP training materials such as eLearning modules, ILT decks, user manuals, job aids, and simulations.
- Collaborate with ERP consultants, internal SMEs, and process owners to translate technical workflows into learner-friendly content.
- Create end-user learning journeys that cover pre-implementation, go-live, and post-implementation phases.
- Use instructional design tools (e.G., Articulate 360) to develop engaging and interactive learning modules.
- Coordinate with the Change Management and L&D teams to ensure consistent and timely training rollout aligned with ERP deployment timelines.
- Leverage platforms like Whatfix or similar digital adoption tools to embed contextual learning into ERP systems.
- Apply multimedia tools to create high-quality videos, animations, and voiceovers;
ensure clear audio encryption and editing standards are met.
- Review and improve content based on learner feedback and training effectiveness data.
- Ensure adherence to branding, tone, and instructional quality standards. Maintain version control and documentation across all training resources and platforms.
Key skills and experience required
- Proven experience in instructional design, particularly for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of tools including Whatfix (or similar), Articulate 360, Canva, video editing software, and audio encrypting tools.
- Ability to simplify complex business processes for end-user comprehension.
- Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or basic programming is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, eLearning authoring tools, and multimedia production tools.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and understanding of adult learning principles.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
