Job description๐ง ๐ป 4+ years full-time experience in software development / product engineering ๐ 3+ years hands-on Python experience , especially in AI / ML applications ๐ค Strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) and modern ML workflows ๐ค 2+ years of technical team leadership ๐ Understanding of web applications & React.Js fundamentals ๐ง Ability to make strong architecture & technical decisions โ๏ธ Knowledge of DevOps , CI / CD pipelines & deployment lifecycles ๐
Solid project management (sprints, Kanban, delivery, QA cycles) ๐ฌ Excellent communication & collaboration skills ๐ Experience in maritime, surveillance, geospatial, or defense technologies ๐ Familiarity with MLOps pipelines

๐ผ What Youโll Do
- ๐ Own the project roadmap & execution
- ๐ง Convert business requirements into technical specifications & sprint tasks
- ๐ค Lead smallโmedium engineering teams ( 2+ years team-handling experience )
- ๐งฉ Solve architecture, system design, and technical challenges
- ๐ Collaborate closely with Python, AI / ML, React.Js & DevOps teams
- ๐ Drive POCs, MVPs, and production-ready releases under strict timelines
- ๐ Manage end-to-end development cyclesโhiring โ planning โ Kanban โ QA โ deployments
- ๐ Ensure efficient CI / CD pipelines and DevOps processes
