Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients, including builders, contractors, property managers, and facility owners.
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.
Use CRM software to track and manage lead interactions.
2. Customer Outreach & Relationship Building
Contact prospects to introduce elevator products and services.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to maintain customer interest.
3. Market Research & Targeting
Analyze market trends and identify key industries and regions for elevator services.
Monitor competitor activities and pricing to refine lead generation strategies.
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
4. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams
Work closely with sales representatives to ensure quality leads are handed off effectively.
Provide feedback to marketing teams on campaign effectiveness.
Assist in developing lead-generation strategies and marketing materials.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain records of calls, emails, and follow-ups in CRM software.
Prepare reports on lead generation success rates and conversion metrics.
Continuously refine lead-generation strategies based on data insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Sales & Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging potential clients.
✅ Cold Calling & Prospecting – Experience in telemarketing, door-to-door sales, or B2B outreach is a plus.
✅ Market Research & Analytical Skills – Ability to identify key prospects and industries.
✅ CRM Software Knowledge – Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other customer management tools.
✅ Networking & Relationship Building – Ability to develop long-term professional relationships.
✅ Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Ability to work independently and meet lead targets.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in B2B lead generation , construction sales , or elevator industry sales is a plus.
Experience in a technical or mechanical sales environment is beneficial.
Work Environment
Office-based or remote work, with potential travel to industry events.
May require occasional site visits to understand client needs.
