Key Position : Content Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Content Strategist to drive growth in the luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space through effective content development and community engagement.

Responsibilities :

Analyze performance metrics and retention graphs to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
Develop a comprehensive content strategy to optimize retention and virality across multiple social media platforms
Create engaging and shareable content that maximizes saves, shares, and reach
Identify trending formats, sounds, and cultural moments relevant to luxury audiences in India / UAE
Provide data-backed strategies to consistently achieve high levels of engagement and viewership

Requirements :

Proven experience in developing and implementing successful content strategies for luxury brands

Ability to analyze complex data and turn it into actionable insights to inform content decisions

Understanding of the Indian and / or UAE luxury consumer mindset and preferences

Experience in scaling social media accounts with high levels of engagement and views

Skills in short-form storytelling and content creation
