What You'll Own

Product Strategy & Execution

Drive product roadmap and feature prioritization for assigned manufacturing solutions
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and competitive positioning
Build business cases and ROI models through Voice of Customer research
Define product requirements and collaborate with engineering teams for on-time delivery

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with UX / UI, sales, and marketing teams for go-to-market success

Support customer success teams with product training and adoption strategies

Create compelling product demonstrations and customer-facing materials

Monitor competitive landscape and identify differentiation opportunities

Core Competencies :

Experience with Agile development and product management frameworks

Excellent communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams

Strong business acumen with financial modeling experience

Customer-centric mindset with experience gathering user requirements

Life Sciences Knowledge : Understanding of pharmaceutical / biotech manufacturing processes

MES / DCS Experience : Hands-on experience with manufacturing execution or control systems

Technical Background : Engineering degree or technical background in manufacturing

Regulatory Awareness : Knowledge of GMP, FDA, or life sciences regulatory requirements

B2B SaaS Experience : Experience with enterprise software or platform products

Essential Experience :

Software Product Management : 5-8 years managing B2B software products with proven launch success

Education : Graduation

Manufacturing Technology : Experience with manufacturing systems, processes, or industrial software

Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence
