Role Overview :

We are seeking a SharePoint Developer / Consultant with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate is an early / immediate joiner who is passionate about leveraging SharePoint to create robust and user-friendly solutions.

As a SharePoint Developer / Consultant, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of SharePoint projects, from design and development to administration and support. You will work closely with our team and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, impactful Responsibilities :

• Design and Development : Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using a range of tools and technologies.
• SharePoint Administration : Administer and manage SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and stability.
• Customization : Utilize SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, SPFX, and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to build and customize forms, workflows, and applications.
• Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical issues related to SharePoint, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
• Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed Qualifications and Skills :
• Experience : 3-5 years of professional experience as a SharePoint Developer or Proficiency :
• Strong proficiency with SharePoint Designer and SharePoint Administration.
• Proven experience with InfoPath and general software development principles.
• Hands-on experience with SPFX (SharePoint Framework) and the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications : Relevant SharePoint or Microsoft certifications are highly advantageous.
