Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and focus on driving business growth in the US market.
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of proven sales experience, strong communication skills in English (US Accent preferred), and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while building long-term relationships with US-based clients.
Key Generate new leads and identify business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements to offer appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate products and services effectively, both via online presentations and emails.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals in line with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with US-based clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Marketing, Product) to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions in the US.
Key Skills & Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in US-based calling or sales.
Proven track record of achieving / exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication skills in English (US Accent preferred).Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.Experience in selling IT services, SaaS products, or business solutions is a plus.Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Willingness to work US shift (typically evening to night hours in India).(ref : iimjobs.com)
