Responsibilities

• Develop profitable SME LAP (Loan Against Property) relationships in Assets and seek out opportunities to actively market New To Bank business
• Source business through the DSA (Direct Sales Agent) model and develop strong relationships with DSAs and referral partners
• Handle an assigned portfolio for services and new business opportunities from existing customers
• Coordinate with credit and other support functions from the sanction to disbursement process
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
