1) Handle a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Equity RMs Partner Alliances.
2) Train, Motivate & get productivity from the team.
3) Acquisition of Franchisee, IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) & Remizers.
4) Build rapport with these Partners (APs & DGs) & help them on-board their clients across products.
5) Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products (like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit) with the help of products & training team.
6) Ensure best services to partners.
7) Help distributors on joint calls.
8) Organize seminar / webinar for the partners of his / her cluster.
