Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Academic Partnerships Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with schools in your assigned region.
Your primary focus will be on identifying potential partner schools, conducting consultative discussions with school management and academic heads to understand their needs, and proposing suitable partnership models that align with their goals. You will also be responsible for pitching and presenting ALLEN's Supplementary Programs as value-driven academic solutions.
You will manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and demo to negotiation and closure. This includes collaborating with internal academic and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner satisfaction.
Your goal is to drive revenue growth and achieve quarterly and annual partnership targets by leveraging your excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
