Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Officer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer reservations, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process reservations for clients efficiently and accurately.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding reservations, availability, and pricing.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of reservation processes.
• Handle changes and cancellations of reservations in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
