Vendor and Office Operations Associate

Based at our Pune office, and under the supervision of the Lead Operations Coordinator, the Operations Support Agent will be responsible for the following tasks :

Responsibilities

• Complete the vendor registration process for clients
• Validate with the corporate affairs team for all legal documents
• Work closely with the accounting team to manage vendor payments and ensure proper follow-up
• Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Handle monthly employee expense accounts
• Order, monitor and maintain materials required for housekeeping, stationery, pantry and training
• Oversee office facility operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage inward and outward shipments efficiently and accurately
