Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Continental Chef located in Candolim. The Continental Chef will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of continental dishes, ensuring high-quality standards in terms of taste, portioning, and presentation. The role includes overseeing food preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. The candidate will also train and guide kitchen staff, contribute to menu design, and ensure timely food service to delight guests.
