Location - Bangalore

Exp Range - 5-7 yrs

Must-Have Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)

  • Design and Implementation
  • Ability to architect, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune solutions for enterprise-wide endpoint management. Skilled in developing and deploying MDM / MAM policies to ensure secure device and application control.
  • Administration and Optimization
  • Proficient in managing device enrollment, compliance policies, and configuration profiles across multiple platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS). Capable of monitoring and optimizing Intune performance for scalability and reliability.
  • Collaboration and Consultation
  • Acts as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship to IT teams and stakeholders. Collaborates with security and business units to align endpoint management strategies with organizational goals.
  • Troubleshooting and Support
  • Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Intune, including device enrollment, app deployment, and policy enforcement. Serves as an escalation point for complex endpoint management challenges.
  • Documentation and Training
  • Experienced in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for Intune configurations and best practices. Delivers training sessions and knowledge transfer to IT staff and end users effectively.

  • Technical Expertise
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Azure AD. Familiarity with Windows Autopilot, Co-Management, and hybrid environments for seamless device lifecycle management.

  • Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex technical issues and developing innovative solutions. Excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams and explain concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
