Position Overview – Social Media Manager
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Social Media Manager to lead and expand our digital presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns focused on brand growth, audience engagement, and lead generation through performance-driven social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Plan, create, and execute paid & organic campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Achieve a target Cost Per Lead (CPL) under ₹100 for student and workforce mobility programs.
- Run A / B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Content & Brand Growth
- Develop engaging content strategies tailored for students, parents, and working professionals.
- Manage multiple brand accounts (VIS, HostJ1Talent, etc.) with consistent voice and branding.
- Handle reputation management, including responding to comments / messages professionally.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CAC, ROI) using GA4, Zoho, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Prepare weekly reports with actionable insights to increase lead volume and quality.
- Build dashboards for management review and decision-making.
- Automation & Tech Savvy Execution
- Integrate social campaigns with CRM (Zoho) for lead capture and nurturing.
- Set up automation flows (email, WhatsApp, SMS) for faster student / worker follow-up.
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, new tools, and lead-gen trends.
Required Skills & Experience
3–5 years of experience in performance-based social media management .Proven track record of delivering high-volume leads via paid campaigns.Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads .Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms .Ability to work independently , without constant supervision.Excellent copywriting & communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).Work location : 14th Floor, Sun Gravitas, Off Shyamal Cross Roads,
