Job Description :

Require CRM Solution Designer / Technical Consultant with Marketing module skills :

• Good communication & presentation skills
• Minimum 8 years of functional experience (Dynamics 365 Online preferred)
• Ability to demonstrate OOB functionality across Marketing, Sales and Service module (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics - Customer Engagement)
• Ability to provide OOB solutions (No-code, Low-code model)
• Good experience with Power platform (power apps and power automate)
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CE Security Architecture
• Ability to demonstrate complex implementation experiences involving integration with dynamics CRM
• Requirements Gathering, Solution Designing, process documentation
• Rapid Prototyping / POC experience
• Experience in Azure Devops, writing user stories
• Good in stakeholder management
• Must have team handling skills.
