Job Description :
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals with 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales who are interested in building a career in fintech sales. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a curiosity for fintech solutions, and a strong desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Generate leads and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs
Present and promote fintech solutions to businesses
Manage the complete sales cycle : prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction
Maintain and update sales reports, CRM, and activity tracking
Eligibility & Skills :
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and self-driven
Quick learner with the ability to understand and sell fintech solutions
Comfortable working in a WFO environment in Prabhadevi, Mumbai
