Role Overview : As a

Management Trainee , you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating across multiple teams and departments to ensure smooth execution of daily operations and long-term goals.

What You’ll Do

Jump into day-to-day operations and support across multiple functions

Take ownership of tasks based on skills- research, content, coordination, events, strategy, anything!

Work closely with the core team on diverse projects

Be part of the startup ecosystem activities PedalStart drives

Think fast, act faster, and always bring that hustler mindset

What We’re Looking For Someone With :

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

A strong understanding of multiple domains and business operations

A proactive mindset with ownership and accountability.

Adaptability

to switch gears and own responsibilities

Ability to manage diverse teams and keep them aligned with project goals.

Minimum 2+ years of experience is required.

A strong desire to

learn, lead, and build .
