Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Executive - Frozen Foods located in Tumkur. The Store Executive will be responsible for daily store operations including inventory management, customer service, and sales activities. Duties include ensuring the quality and presentation of frozen food products, managing stock levels, handling customer inquiries, and optimizing store layout to enhance sales. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the store's efficiency and accuracy in record-keeping and report generation.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills

Retail and Sales experience

Basic knowledge of Commerce

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Minimum 4-6 Experience in the food industry is a plus especially in frozen cold storage warehouse.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, or a related field
