Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Full Stack Lead (MERN) to join our technology team in Kochi, Kerala . The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in MERN stack development , excellent leadership skills, and proven experience in architectonic scalable web applications. This role requires hands-on coding, team mentorship, and end-to-end project ownership.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the development of web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB

Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using microservices architecture

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features

Guide and mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure coding standards are met

Manage version control and development workflows using Git and Azure DevOps

Implement CI / CD pipelines and manage deployments

Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB to design efficient data structures

Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment of applications

Ensure best practices in Agile / Scrum environments, actively participating in sprints and planning sessions

Troubleshoot issues across the stack and resolve performance bottlenecks

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong experience with the MERN stack : React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB

Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript

Experience with PostgreSQL and working knowledge of relational databases

Strong understanding of microservices architecture and scalable application design

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps , Git workflows, and CI / CD practices

Experience with Docker and container-based deployments

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure)

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities
