About the Role :
Auroedge Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to
join our staffing agency team. The ideal candidate will have a “go-getter” attitude and a strong drive
to achieve business targets. This role involves end-to-end business development activities, from lead
generation to client onboarding and account management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Conduct client outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Identify and qualify potential clients (ICP finding) for staffing solutions.
- Prepare and draft proposals for client engagement.
- Manage client onboarding, including registration and collection of registration fees.
- Handle client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize business with existing clients.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for additional business.
- Occasionally perform fieldwork to meet clients or explore new business opportunities.
- Achieve set targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Candidate Skills & Requirements :
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in staffing / recruitment.Familiarity with CRM tools is mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong research and lead generation skills.Comfortable with target-driven roles and performance-based incentives.Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.Strong client handling skills, with the ability to maintain satisfaction and build long-termrelationships.
Ability to identify and act on upselling opportunities.Willingness to occasionally travel for client meetings or fieldwork.What We Offer :
