Associate Capital & Liquidity Management
Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Capital & Liquidity Management team. This role focuses on managing capital adequacy, liquidity buffers, and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic initiatives for balance sheet optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle manual production of Pillar 1 Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA) calculations and reporting
Perform Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) analysis and ensure accurate implementation of FTP methodologies
Support Asset Liability Management (ALM) processes, including gap analysis, interest rate risk, and liquidity risk reporting.
Monitor and manage capital ratios, liquidity buffers, and regulatory metrics.
Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and analytical tools for capital and liquidity reporting.
Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Treasury teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare regulatory and internal reports with accuracy and timeliness.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Education :
Graduate from a reputed university in India with a strong mathematical or engineering background
MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
Minimum 7+ years in Capital & Liquidity Management or related areas within Capital & Liquidity Management ALM Expertise :
Strong understanding of ALM principles, regulatory frameworks (Basel, IFRS), and liquidity risk management.
Technical Skills :
Advanced proficiency in Power BI for end-to-end dashboard development.
Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and transformation.
Expertise in VBA scripting for automation and process efficiency.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
