Who We’re Looking For

Academic Qualifications

Engineering Disciplines (ME & AE) :

  • B.E. / B.Tech., M.E. / M.Tech., and Ph.D. in the relevant engineering specialization

    • Humanities & Social Sciences (Psychology, JMC, Economics) :

  • Master’s degree and Ph.D. in the relevant discipline

    • Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of academic and / or research experience
  • At least 5 years post-Ph.D. in a senior academic or research role
  • Proven record of 10+ research publications in reputed, peer-reviewed journals
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and academic contributions

    • Key Competencies

  • Strong academic leadership and strategic mindset
  • Proven research capability with a history of funded or impactful projects
  • Effective communication, mentorship, and student engagement skills
  • Ability to contribute to curriculum design, accreditation processes, and departmental development
  • Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, innovation, and inclusion
