Legal counsel

We are looking to connect with experienced Legal Counsels (4–6 years PQE) for a leading life-sciences infrastructure platform.

This role is based in Hyderabad and offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-value real estate and corporate transactions within a rapidly expanding industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage legal aspects of real estate transactions and ongoing projects.
• Conduct title due diligence and vet all project- and transaction-related documentation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate agreements, including sale / lease deeds, construction, demolition, excavation, and licence agreements.
• Liaise with external counsel, consultants, and regulatory authorities for approvals and registrations.
• Advise internal teams on land acquisition, land use, environmental, municipal, and other real estate law matters.
• Apply strong knowledge of real estate laws (including the Transfer of Property Act), land acquisition, title verification, and risk compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements (SHA, SPA) with working knowledge of the Companies Act.
