We’re growing quickly and looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer to help take us from product-market fit to scale. You'll work very closely with the founders.
About the Role
This is a full-time, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll lead growth initiatives across acquisition, content, and brand — designing and executing experiments that drive awareness, signups, and pipeline. You’ll test ideas, run campaigns, and build systems that can scale globally.

What You’ll Be Doing
Strategize and iterate on ways to build awareness and generate signups + pipeline for Limadata
Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns across socials, SEO, and communities. Own content plan.
Develop and execute content and social media strategies — we want Limadata to show up everywhere our audience hangs out
Build marketing systems that use automation, data, and leverage to scale what works
Design and test growth experiments — across all channels
Analyze performance data to ensure we’re reaching the right people with the right messaging
Refine positioning and messaging that differentiates Limadata from other data providers
Own metrics and reporting , tracking progress across awareness, engagement, and conversion KPIs

Requirements
1+ years of B2B experience in growth marketing and / or demand generation
Excited to grow a career in b2b SaaS
Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing campaigns
Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and building a brand / following on socials
Understanding of digital marketing channels, funnels, and performance metrics
Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline for B2B software
Detail-oriented , with a strong bias toward action
Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
Excellent communication skills and sharp creative instincts
Innovative, resourceful, and adaptable , able to thrive in a fast-changing environment with competing priorities
