Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Consultant to join our dynamic team. The role involves collaborating closely with both US and India teams to design, develop, and maintain advanced planning models in Pigment for various business functions, ensuring high accuracy, scalability, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales to understand planning requirements and translate them into effective Pigment models.
  • Design, build, and optimize models for :

1. Finance Revenue, COGS, COS, Long-Range Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting.

2. Supply Chain Demand Forecasting, Supply Planning, Component Forecasting.

3. Sales Territory Planning, Quota Allocation, Sales Forecasting.

  • Ensure model integrity, scalability, and alignment with business processes.
  • Perform data integration from various source systems into Pigment.
  • Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
  • Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and system enhancements.

    • Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience in Anaplan or similar planning platforms (Pigment experience preferred).
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling, supply chain planning, and sales planning.
  • Proficiency in model building, module design, and data integration within Anaplan or Pigment.
  • Solid understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience working with international teams across time zones.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Certified Anaplan Model Builder or higher.
  • Hands-on experience with Pigment modeling.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) for reporting.
  • Experience in scripting, APIs, or ETL tools for Mode : Hybrid Bangalore, India (collaboration with US-based stakeholders requires flexibility in working hours).
