Job Title : Client Experience Executive / Front Desk Executive

Location : Mumbai

Reports To : Medical Counselor / Coordinator

Position Type : Full-Time

Role Summary :

The Client Experience Executive serves as the face of ALIV, creating a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and clients. Leveraging exceptional hospitality and customer service skills, this role ensures a seamless client experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Warmly greet clients and visitors, ensuring an immediate, friendly, and professional reception.
  • Coordinate client appointments, confirmations, reminders, and manage the overall scheduling calendar efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and courteously, providing accurate information or redirecting queries appropriately.
  • Provide exceptional client service by proactively addressing client needs, questions, or concerns to maintain a high-quality patient experience.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate client records, documentation, and ensure confidentiality of client information.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth client management and flow within the clinic.
  • Maintain a tidy, welcoming, and professional reception area.
  • Support in billing, invoicing, and financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Proactively solicit client feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in client experience.
  • Handle complaints gracefully, escalating complex issues promptly and appropriately.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in hospitality, aviation, customer service, or front office roles preferred.
  • Previous experience as an air hostess or similar role in customer-focused industries highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRM systems, or client management software preferred.
  • Professional demeanor, enthusiastic attitude, and customer-centric mindset.
