We are seeking an exceptional Portfolio Leader to join our Agentforce Acceleration Team. This critical role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise to drive both the success of our customers and the growth of our Agentforce Engineers.

In This Role, You Will

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead a High-Performing Team : Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Agentforce Engineers, fostering their technical excellence and career growth. You'll be responsible for staffing, capacity planning, and ensuring the team has the resources needed for success.
• Ensure Operational Excellence : Monitor key performance indicators, coach your team on improvement areas, and effectively manage complex customer escalations. You'll create an inclusive and psychologically safe environment for your team.
