💼 Role and Responsibilities

As a Growth Intern, you’ll be part of the Business Development & Outreach Team.

Your role will include :

1️⃣ Engaging with students and parents to explain GrowTopper’s mentorship programs

2️⃣ Conducting counselling and orientation calls under senior mentors

3️⃣ Supporting lead generation and student onboarding processes

4️⃣ Maintaining accurate lead data and follow-up reports

5️⃣ Assisting in outreach campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives

6️⃣ Meeting weekly and monthly growth targets

7️⃣ Collaborating with mentorship, content, and operations teams to ensure student satisfaction

🎓 Qualifications : -

Strong analytical and market research skills

Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities

Experience or interest in business growth, counselling, or education

Proactive mindset and ability to work independently (remote-friendly)

A background in education, leadership development, or psychology is a plus
