Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a SAP Hybrids QA Lead based in Bengaluru, with some work from home allowed. The SAP Hybrids QA Lead will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, ensuring the quality and functionality of SAP Hybris solutions. Daily tasks include coordinating with development teams, identifying test requirements, performing both manual and automated testing, and analyzing test results to ensure high-quality deliverables. Additionally, the QA Lead will mentor team members, manage project timelines, and provide detailed documentation of testing procedures and outcomes.

• Consulting experience in SAP FICO
• Master Data Management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in both manual and automation testing methodologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
