ServiceNow Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in API integrations, UI Builder, and Surveys . The ideal candidate should be able to develop, configure, and support solutions on the ServiceNow platform while working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and customize applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.

Build and support REST / SOAP API integrations with third-party systems.

Develop and configure pages and experiences using UI Builder (Next Experience).

Configure and manage Surveys & Assessments .

Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis.

Ensure code quality, platform performance, and adherence to best practices.

Participate in Agile development processes and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM preferred).

Experience in :

API Integrations (REST & SOAP)

UI Builder / Next Experience

Surveys & Assessments

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Client & Server-side scripting.

Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and data transformations.

Good understanding of ITIL concepts.

Nice to Have

ServiceNow certifications like CSA, CAD, or CIS.

Experience with Service Portal or Scoped Apps.

Knowledge of HRSD or CSM modules
