Role Overview This is a contract role for a Sustainability Manager (ESG Project Manager) based on-site in Noida. The role involves overseeing and managing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely and compliant execution. Responsibilities include implementing sustainability frameworks, managing project logistics, conducting assessments, and maintaining alignment with relevant regulatory and reporting standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with the UN SDGs and the Paris Agreement Manage multiple ESG workstreams across environmental, social, and governance domains Build and manage ESG governance and risk management frameworks Deliver sustainability policies, transition plans, and strategic frameworks Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to ensure seamless project execution Develop strategic deliverables, including Net Zero Transition Plans and ESG frameworks Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or project management Strong background in logistics, compliance, or operations within energy, supply chain, or financial services Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Proven ability to translate sustainability goals into actionable programs Experience with expediting processes and conducting inspections is desirable Critical Deliverables Sustainability Strategy Framework Documents ESG Governance Structure (Three Lines of Defense Model) Risk Management Policies and Protocols Reporting frameworks aligned with GRI, TCFD, and SASB standards Double Materiality Assessment Internal Control and Assurance Frameworks Location : Noida (On-site) | Compensation : Up to ₹15 LPA | Contract Role
