About You :
We are looking for a Product Designer who obsessively blends design craft, systems thinking, and a strong product sense to create meaningful digital experiences. You will own problems end-to-end from insights to concepts to polished interfaces and work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ship product experiences that genuinely move the needle.
Responsibilities :
- Design across the entire product lifecycle : research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and handoff.
- Understand Nawgati’s existing products, design language, and design systems , and build on top of them with clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design intuitive, scalable features.
- Create scalable design systems and maintain visual + interaction consistency across the product.
- Champion usability, accessibility, and performance , ensuring every detail supports a world-class user experience.
- Contribute to refining and maintaining the company-wide design system , ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct quick research, competitor studies, and usability thinking to support design decisions.
- Create flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and developer-ready assets.
- Collaborate deeply with Product & Engineering , influencing roadmap and shaping product decisions through design thinking.
- Design high-quality pitch decks and strategic presentations for the Business Team and Founders’ Office, simplifying complex ideas into clear, visual storytelling.
Requirements :
At Nawgati, designers work as engineers and solve real product problems; We do not restrict design to softwares. Your degree is not important; the quality of your portfolio is.A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design thinking : problem framing, process, and outcomes.Mastery of interaction design, visual design, UX principles, and prototyping tools (Figma or equivalent).Ability to reason about product tradeoffs and align design decisions with business + user value.Strong communication and storytelling skills, you can explain the “why” behind your decisions.A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and iteration .Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Experience with design systems and modern design patterns.Bonus : motion design, micro-interactions, usability testing, or front-end understanding.Tools Expertise : Figma (core), Adobe Illustrator / After Effects to make Lotties(is a plus), basic prototyping tools.
