Product Developer, Lead - Fullstack- .NET,C#

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Mastery of senior-level duties and responsibilities.
• Expert in writing code, refactoring, and testing new and existing applications and framework components.
• Actively drive and participate in designing and reviewing core functionality, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Drive and participate in code reviews, pair programming, and code analysis.
• Work with their team to recommend solutions under accepted testing frameworks and the testing pyramid.
• Create and provide estimates of work, ensuring the timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Proactively improve coding standards and provide recommendations for enhancements.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers.
