Job Description :

• CDH Testing and Quality Assurance :
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Pega AOM implementations.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Pega CDH solutions.
• Good hands-on experience working on strategy testing and campaign simulations.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Clearly document what has been tested and how so this can be played back to stakeholders
• Fix and track identified defects through to resolution. Conduct retests after issues are resolved
• Expert in Pega application and end to end test process. Have experience of application / API testing & simulation testing
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools
• Coordination and Communication :
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Clear communicator - ability to write and communicate test scenarios as well as be able to proactively identify and fix issues
• Provide regular updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project managers and other stakeholders.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Participate in package reviews and coordinate with other AOM teams
• Automation and Continuous Improvement :
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall quality and productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing and quality assurance, and apply them to improve testing practices.
• Pega decisioning certification (Good to have, but Pega decisioning knowledge is must have)
