Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and implement SAP SD modules including :
a. Sales Order Management
b. Shipping and Delivery
c. Billing & Invoicing
d. Pricing Procedures
e. Credit Management
Perform integration of SAP SD with other modules such as MM, FI, PP, WM, and LE.Handle day-to-day support and issue resolution in SAP SD processes.Customize and create necessary documentation, functional specs, and user manuals.Coordinate with technical teams for development and enhancements.Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and post-go-live activities.Stay updated with SAP best practices, upgrades, and innovations.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.Strong understanding of SD business processes and SAP SD integration points.Proficient in configuring pricing, outputs, partner determination, and account determination.SAP SD Certification is mandatory.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Nice to Have :
Exposure to SAP S / 4HANA projects.Experience with IDOC, EDI, or third-party integrations.Familiarity with ABAP debugging for functional troubleshooting.(ref : hirist.tech)
