Evaluator – Writing & Translation Categories

Location : Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Hours : Monday to Friday, 11 : 30 AM to 7 : 30 PM (8 hours fixed)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Evaluator who will assess and maintain quality standards across top creative professionals in the Writing and Translation categories.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing written content, understands the nuances of storytelling, clarity, and tone, and can differentiate between good and exceptional writing.

You will review and evaluate a wide range of talent working across categories such as content writing, book and eBook publishing, business copywriting, career writing, technical writing, and translation services. Your evaluations will directly influence the level of talent available to global clients and ensure that every approved professional meets high standards of creativity and communication.

What You’ll Do

✅ Evaluate and Gatekeep : Review applications, portfolios, and work samples. Approve, hold, or reject professionals based on clear rubrics while maintaining documentation and monitoring post-approval performance.

Maintain Standards : Develop and refine category playbooks and quality rubrics. Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in writing and translation to maintain industry excellence.

Match and Curate Talent : Help connect vetted professionals with suitable opportunities. Curate lists for campaigns and high-value projects based on category needs.

⚙️ Drive Improvement : Lead quality-enhancement projects, optimize workflows, and create documentation of both best practices and common pitfalls for internal reference.

Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with category leads, product, and data teams to improve tools, processes, and evaluation consistency.

Report and Share Insights : Provide data-driven reports and category insights to support strategic decisions and ensure high-quality professional supply.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated expertise in evaluating content quality or professional experience in writing and translation.
• Analytical mindset with an ability to identify trends and document findings clearly.
• Customer-oriented attitude and professional communication skills.
• Educational background or certifications in Communication, Marketing, Business, or any related creative field.

Personal Attributes

Nice to Have : Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM or ticketing systems.
