CrossML is a leading end-to-end AI Product Engineering company. We’re hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
As an SDR, you’ll play a pivotal role in generating new business by conducting cold calls, nurturing prospects, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to CrossML’s cutting-edge AI solutions and services and building initial interest.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80-100 cold calls daily to potential prospects in geographies such as the US, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.
- Engage with prospects via email, phone, and social media to create interest in the company's products / services.
- Conduct initial conversations to understand the prospect's needs and determine whether they fit the company's offerings well.
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on strategies and messaging.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outreach, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead and prospect activity in the CRM system.
