Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Integration Manager/Lead with over 10 years of total experience, including 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI within support and implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong development knowledge in design and configuration and must have successfully completed at least one end-to-end implementation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing incident, change, and problem management processes while adhering to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP PI/PO/CPI integration projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the design, development, and configuration of SAP PI/PO/CPI solutions to meet organizational needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage the resolution of incidents, changes, and problems efficiently.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of integration specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of integration processes to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic guidance on integration solutions.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all integration projects and processes.
Participate in the planning and execution of end-to-end implementations, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruptions to business operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of total experience in SAP integration technologies, with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PI/PO/CPI.
Proven track record of at least one successful end-to-end SAP implementation.
Strong knowledge of SAP PI/PO/CPI development, including design and configuration.
Experience in managing incident, change, and problem management processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

SAP certification in PI/PO/CPI.
Experience managing projects in a global or multi-regional context.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
