About the Role :

Skillventory Hiring for A leading private sector bank is seeking a dynamic "Investment Specialist" to support its Wealth Management and Priority Banking teams in Bangalore. This is an individual contributor role, responsible for equipping Relationship Managers (RMs) with investment advisory expertise and directly engaging with high-net-worth clients to deliver tailored investment solutions.

PG : MBA / PGDM in Any Specialization

Key Responsibilities :

Guide and mentor RMs on investment advisory, asset allocation, and portfolio construction.
Participate in joint meetings with clients to understand financial goals and offer customized investment strategies.
Recommend a range of investment products including mutual funds, PMS, bonds, AIFs, and structured products.
Monitor client portfolios and recommend rebalancing strategies based on market dynamics and client objectives.
Keep RMs informed about market trends, new products, regulatory updates, and portfolio strategies.
Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines (SEBI, RBI, etc.).
Drive investment revenue growth through enhanced client engagement and asset penetration.

Key Skills and Competencies :

In-depth knowledge of investment products, capital markets, portfolio management, and asset classes.

Ability to coach and influence RMs toward a client-centric investment approach.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Analytical mindset for portfolio reviews and investment planning.

High client orientation and understanding of wealth management in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Preferred Certifications :

NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Certification)

CFA, CFP, or similar investment-related 5 to 10 years of experience in investment advisory, wealth management, or related financial services.

Demonstrated success in client engagement, investment consulting, and supporting front-line Up to 26 LPA (based on current compensation and experience)
