ARPANIndiaKey Objectives of the Job
Providing psycho- therapeutic services to children and adults survivors of sexual abuse, maintaining the documentation for the same.
Major DeliverablesThe major responsibilities are :
- Providing psycho- therapeutic services to children and adults survivors of sexual abuse- Maintaining the client data base and documentation of all cases in the organizational formats and submitting monthly updates to the Coordinator.- Conducting group sessions on the various topics related to Mental Health like self-care.- Supporting the team in the case work and other tasks.
Job ChallengeTo be able to reflect on field realities, challenges and movements specific to interventions on the issue of CSA and work towards mitigating concerns in a timely manner.

Educational QualificationFull time Masters in Clinical / Counselling Psychology with a UGC recognized University ORFull times MSW with specialization in Psychiatric Social work / Mental Health Psychology with a UGC recognized University
Desired Experience1- 2 years of experience in direct psychotherapeutic interventions with client.Should be a stickler for detail and process adherence.
Other desired attributesBeing able to work in a team with clear and open communication. Knowledge of windows, word and excel is necessary.
Language ProficiencyFluency in English, Hindi, Marathi.
LocationOffice - Mumbai. The job requires travel to various locations in and around Mumbai.
Salary range24,000 INR per month5200 / - per month (Travel reimbursement) +2000 / - per month (Therapeutic reimbursement) +5000 / - Annual Training reimbursement
