Job descriptionExperience in running ads for the following sectors - E-commerce, Real Estate, Education, or BFSI Attention to detail and close monitoring of campaigns for quick real time optimization Inclination to embetter reporting, suggesting new inventories and new out of the box optimization techniques while understanding the business of the client Prolific reader of publications from the Big 4s, business dailies et al. Understanding of world and Indian economy Understanding of macro factors that affect businesses and tie it up with foreseeable TG behavioural trends and discussing the same with clients everyday Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. to increase company and brand awareness Collaborate with designers to improve user experience Measure performance & ROIs of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEM Rush, etc.) Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date Understanding both both branding media spends and lead generation through performance marketing Giving relevant inputs and data from SEMRush and other tools to the creative team to ensure the creatives are placed correctly as per the custom audiences in the funnel Strategize daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly media plans taking inputs from the Account Directors Managing clients, building relationship and trust, servicing them on daily calls and suggesting new inventories or optimizing the existing ones Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

- Key Mandatory Skills :
- Experience in Google Adwords - Search, Display, Youtube, and Shopping ads
- Experience in Facebook Ads Manager - Conversion Ads, Reach and Frequency Ads
- Experience in LinkedIn and Twitter Ads back end
- Experience in Google Analytics for reporting, goal setting and campaign analysis
- Understanding Amazon Marketplace
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent statistics, mathematics and critical thinking ability
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of media execution and optimization
- Inclination to do both branding and performance media campaigns
