Juniper Green Energy is an independent renewable energy power producer and operator of solar , wind and hybrid power projects with significant experience in conceptualizing, building, and developing renewable energy assets. The company is part of the AT Group which has an asset portfolio worth of approximately US$2.5 billion with global investments in renewable energy, residential & commercial real estate, hospitality etc. The Group has been building utility scale renewable energy projects in India since 2010 and built and owned Orange Renewable, a 1GW renewable energy platform in the past.
Juniper Green Energy, based out of Delhi NCR, commenced operations in October 2018. The business has experienced rapid growth, and it presently has an operational portfolio of about 1GW with an under-construction capacity of 2 GW and a development pipeline of close to 5 GW of solar, wind and hybrid projects. The company has end-to-end internal competencies in EPC and O&M services for its renewable projects.
Job Summary :
We are looking for passionate and driven Marketing & Communications Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a strong writer and strategic thinker who can lead communication initiatives across channels, create engaging content, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to amplify our brand presence.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Strategic Communications : Develop and implement integrated communication campaigns that support business objectives and brand growth.
- Content Creation : Craft high-impact content for press releases, blogs, newsletters, internal communication, leadership messaging, and marketing collaterals.
- Social Media Management : Oversee the company’s social media channels to enhance visibility, engagement, and thought leadership.
- Internal Communication : Develop internal campaigns and communication plans to boost employee engagement and culture alignment.
- Leadership Communication : Support senior leaders with speeches, messaging, presentations, and strategic communications.
- Creative Coordination : Liaise with designers, photographers, and creative agencies to ensure brand-consistent visual and written assets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with HR, business teams, and external stakeholders to align communication strategies across functions.
- Research & Insights : Conduct industry and competitive research to support content development and strategic storytelling.
