Job Description :

• The role involves bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support business analysis, process optimization, and regulatory compliance initiatives within the bank
• Work closely with senior analysts and project managers to assess risks, improve processes, and contribute to system enhancements
• Responsibilities include leading requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and ensuring alignment with banking regulations
• Documenting business requirements, assisting in data analysis, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory / banks policies
• Cross functional team collaboration with risk, finance, and technology teams to develop business solutions
• Experience in risk management in banking or financial services and in risk management frameworks (e.g., Basel, CCAR, IFRS 9)
• Experience in derivatives - Fixed Income, Risk systems like Murex - preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential
• Data Analysis skills and MS Excel, SQL is required.
• Exceptionally effective communication skills, adaptive learner, and collaborator
• Cross functions experience in handling issues with Risk, IT and other business lines involved in the process.
• Undergraduate degree and Postgraduate in MBA or Finance, FRM preferred
