Job Summary : The Warehouse Incharge is responsible for overseeing all operations in the warehouse, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently, and that items are packed and shipped accurately and on time. This position involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory levels, and implementing safety measures. The Warehouse Incharge also plays a key role in optimizing warehouse processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership : o Supervise warehouse personnel, assign tasks, and monitor performance. o Train new staff on warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
• Inventory Management : o Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock audits. o Address and resolve inventory discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Process Optimization : o Develop and implement effective warehouse procedures to increase efficiency. o Monitor and analyze warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Safety and Compliance : o Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed within the warehouse. o Conduct regular safety and compliance training for staff.

Requirements

3-5 Years of Warehouse Management Experience

Strong Leadership Skills

Ability to Multitask and Make Decisions Under Pressure

Kannada language is mandatory
