We are seeking a Immigration Paralegal / Client Care Specialist to work directly with our U.S. immigration law firm!

We are a U.S.-based immigration law firm representing individuals, families, and businesses across the country. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, compassionate service in every case we handle.
About the Role :
This is a dual role where you will assist with preparing immigration filings and act as a client care specialist, answering calls and emails from existing clients regarding their case status and questions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and prepare immigration filings (family-based petitions, adjustment of status applications, waivers, asylum applications, motions, etc.) under attorney supervision.
- Answer inbound calls and emails from existing clients to provide case updates, request documents, and respond to general inquiries.
- Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients about their ongoing immigration matters.
- Maintain detailed case notes and update the firm’s case management system.
- Coordinate closely with U.S.-based attorneys and team members to move cases forward efficiently.
