Job descriptionOversee preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, including income tax and related forms. Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company. Assist in tax audits and manage correspondence with tax authorities. Analyze corporate transactions and develop tax-efficient strategies. Identify opportunities for tax savings and effective resource allocation. Collaborate with the finance team to align tax planning with overall business objectives. Prepare detailed tax documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive records of all tax-related transactions and communications. Provide guidance on tax implications for new business initiatives and projects. Educate and support other departments on tax-related matters. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (master's degree or CPA preferred). 3 years of experience in direct tax, with a focus on TDS and corporate tax. Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including recent changes. Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
