Job descriptionHandle existing Self Help Groups effectively. Facilitate the opening of new SHG groups to expand outreach. Scheme and Plan Introduction. Introduce and promote various schemes and savings plans to SHG members. Ensure members understand the benefits and processes of the introduced plans. Achieve expected targets and deliver measurable results from the groups created or associated. Maintain performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with SHG members and stakeholders. Conduct regular meetings and interactions with SHG groups to foster trust and collaboration. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Prepare and submit regular reports on SHG performance and target achievements. Prior experience in the Microfinance sector is highly desirable. Proven expertise in working with Self Help Groups (SHGs). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets within deadlines.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer at Doers Tech Enterprise Solutions Pvt Ltd. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing business relationships, customer service, sales, and finance activities on a day-to-day basis.
