Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize the inperson recruitment drive.
• Engage with candidates to explain job roles and responsibilities.
• Assist in conducting preliminary interviews and assessments.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications based on job requirements.
• Maintain an inviting environment for all attending candidates.
• Collect and manage candidate resumes and application forms.
• Work collaboratively with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Provide detailed information about the companys culture and values.
• Handle candidate inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
• Document candidate feedback and keep track of participant progress.
• Implement candidate engagement strategies during the drive.
• Support administrative tasks related to the hiring process.
• Promote open positions through networking and social media.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that motivates candidates.
